GINNY & Georgia fans probably know the story of Ginny and her 30-year-old mother Georgia in Netflix's latest comedy drama.
But who is Antonia Gentry who plays Ginny, the mature 15 year old?
Actress Antonia Gentry was born in Atlanta and attended Davidson Fine Arts in Augusta, Georgia.
Her first performances were in a plays written by her mother, Sandra, for their local theater.
And th actress revealed to Teen Vogue that she knew she wanted to be an actress from the age of five.
She has also taken part in competitions in the regional, state, and national levels.
She is an Emory University graduate and an active leader in Emory's Rathskellar Comedy Improv group.
Antonia describes herself in her Instagram bio as liking "cats, books and food".
Antonia Gentry was born in September 1997.
That makes her 23 - significantly older than her 15-year-old character in the Ginny & Georgia series.
Her mom on the hit Netflix show, Georgia, is played by Brianne Howey, who was born on May 24, 1989, making her 31 - just eight years older than her TV daughter.

According to Pop Sugar Antonia's boyfriend, Ezra Pounds, is an Atlanta-based producer and composer.
The pair have been reportedly dating since 2012.

Ginny is Antonia's first major role on TV.
The actress admitted to Teen Vogue that although Ginny's experiences at school were different to her own, some of the quotes were from her own experiences.
She said that series creator Sarah Lampert asked for her own input as she had experienced being biracial in a predominantly white school.
Antonia said: “Sarah said, ‘I haven't experienced this. You have, and I want to know what your experience was like and include it in the show to make it as realistic as possible’.
"There are some lines in the show from other characters that are said to Ginny that are actual quotes from my real life.".”
Antonia has also appeared in other Netflix shows including playing Jasmine in 2018 movie Candy Jar.
She appeared in an episode of Raising Dion as Wendy in 2019.
